CVA Clinic
Our office is located in downtown Boise, just west of the main campus of St. Luke's Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho.
You can find us on the second floor of the St. Luke's Medical Office Plaza, a three story brick building on the corner of 1st and Jefferson Streets. There is convienient, free parking in the office plaza with an entrance on Jefferson St.

VascularCenter :: Meridian, ID Location
The CVA VascularCenter is a dedicated diagnotic ultrasound clinic staffed by some of the best Registered Vascular Technologists in the region. We opened this facility in 2006 to better serve the needs of our patients in the western Treasure Valley an beyond.
You can find the VascularCenter off of I-84 at the Meridian Road exit. The clinic is located just off Progress Avenue next to the Quiznos sandwich shop.
