We are located in Boise, Idaho, near St. Luke's Regional Medical Center.
You can find us in office #280 of the St. Luke's Medical Office Plaza at 333 N. 1st Street, at the corner of 1st and Jefferson Streets.
There is a parking garage entrance off of Jefferson and you may park, for free, on the second floor near our office.
