Craig O. Olsen, MD, FACS

Dr. Olsen was born in Montpelier, Idaho and is a graduate of Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He received his medical degree from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Following medical school, Dr. Olsen completed a residency in General Surgery at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.

Upon completion of his training in cardiothoracic surgery at Duke University, Dr. Olsen joined New England Deaconess Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts and acted as an Instructor and Assistant Professor in Thoracic Surgery at Harvard Medical School.

Dr. Olsen returned to Idaho and joined Cardiothoracic & Vascular Associates in 1988.
